MEET THE BOARD

Lakewood Hills Property Owners Association is dedicated to enriching the lives of community members in the Lakewood Hills area of East Sandwich, Massachusetts.

Our volunteers work hard all year long in order to keep things  interesting at LHPOA!

The Lakewood Hills Property Owners Association is a voluntary organization established to maintain the neighborhood and its common properties. The association has a governing body, known as the Board of Governors. It is comprised of nine members, each serving a three-year term of office. Our board is chaired by the Association president, a vice president, a treasurer, and six others who vote as a group to determine how the association is operated and maintained. Each board member has been voted into position at the annual board meeting or appointed by the president and approved by the remaining board members. The board meets monthly at the clubhouse and meetings are open for all members to attend. The annual membership meeting, to elect our officers, approve the fiscal budget, and discuss other pertinent matters, is held in the fall. 

This year's annual meeting will take place SUNDAY, OCTOBER 18th, at 4:00pm in the clubhouse.
