The annual meeting will be held at the clubhouse Sunday October 18 @ 4pm to elect new board members.

If your lot is not part of the covenant, you do not have voting rights in the Association.

There will be two informational sessions held at the clubhouse prior to the annual meeting.  You can talk to the board about your questions or get help filling out a joinder document to join the covenant.

Meeting Dates:

• Sunday October 11 @ 4pm

• Thursday October 15 @ 6:30pm

 

You can add your Lakewood Hills lot to the covenant by filling out a joinder application, having it notarized, and registering it with Barnstable County Registry of Deeds.  

Starting in January 2027, only owners whose lots are part of the covenant will have the option to pay a yearly fee to become a member of the Association.

This optional membership gives you access to the pond, clubhouse, boat storage, and community activities.​

You can request a joinder application by contacting the board or coming to one of the informational meetings.

If you are a owner of a lot in Lakewood Hills and did not receive a letter from LHPOA dated September 18, 2026, please contact the board using the "Contact" button in the main menu of the website. Best efforts were taken to send letters to all residents of the neighborhood, whether or not their lots are part of the covenant.
